EP+DP, applied 2nd time after 1.5 years in SG, income 10k+. Had a promotion and did volunteer work. 10 months after submission, received email requesting family CV, also submitted a cover letter. Noted in family CV that both parents have pensions (you know why). First application was after just 1 year in SG, rejected in 4 months. Seems like families applying at 1 year with no prior SG experience are unlikely to succeed. Don't be discouraged if you're in a similar situation.
