Received letter from ICA saying I can try applying for PR again. Not sure if other friends have received such a letter.

Tip: if pending, try submitting your personal tax documents to ICA — in my experience it moved things to the final stage. Grateful!

On S Pass for 2 years. Emailed ICA in Feb to update salary. As of 08.04.22 status still pending (waited 1 year 1 month). Called ICA today, they couldn't help and told me to email instead. Really hoping for approval.
