Rejected after 8 months on first application, immediately reapplied within 1 month. Only change was a 3% salary increase. Never asked to submit any supplementary documents.

First application Aug 2023 rejected, appeal waited 7 months and rejected. Did dozens of hours of volunteer work in between. This is effectively the 2nd application, waited 7+ months and rejected again. No government employees in family, can't figure out what the issue is.
