May 4 2021 second application, basic 4.2k. Mar 2022 caught smoking in parking lot, fined, proactively informed ICA. Apr 2022 proactively updated ICA with salary increase plus 2 months bonus. Jul 2022 proactively provided ICA with tax returns and donation receipts. Sep 5 2022 found four bars, pending application. Sep 15 2022 found ICA Reference Number in MediShield Life, step 5.
