Sharing back with community. Early in the month found submit button disappeared and can't resubmit. CPF site was accessible but couldn't proceed to step 2 until 10 business days later when CPF appeared. ICA site showed Approved one business day later after midnight. CPF updates around 0800, ICA around 0000. For reference, no need to check multiple times a day. Good luck everyone.

Salary 5.5k at application, promoted and raised to 7k, submitted additional documents in Sep. People say additional docs mean quick approval, but I waited 4 more months. Approved Jan 2022 — best New Year's gift! Many variables in third application — COVID period, IT demand was high, plus mid-application promotion. But if you've been rejected and only had minor changes, be bold — switch jobs, switch industries, upskill. Show ICA your determination and contribution. PR will come!
