Domestic 985, under 30, IT big tech programmer, came to Singapore mid-2021. Annual income close to 300K. Rejected. (No civil servants in family, non-party member — stop guessing, friends.) Based on my observation, before the new system went live in early July, a large batch of existing cases (even with average profiles) were approved in late June. After the new system launched, many strong candidates including PEP holders were rejected. Luck matters too.
