Updated salary increase Feb 21, saw 4 lines + cannot reapply April 3, CPF updated April 12, received approved email early morning April 14. Thanks to this community — good luck to everyone!

EP female, PhD, spouse has US master's, one daughter. Applied nearly 2 years after arriving. Just saw 4 lines these past days, but it says neither 'cannot reapply' nor 'can reapply.' What does this mean? Thanks!

Update: Status changed to approved 3 days after CPF appeared.

Born 1990, single male, EP salary 12K, IT. Mid-tier 985 bachelor's. Arrived in Singapore June 2022.

Pending 7 months, early February got four lines + cannot reapply, one week later CPF appeared, got IPA two days later.
