PR Application Cases

Couple application, both 29. Neither has local education, registered marriage in Singapore in 2012. Husband main applicant: Chinese diploma, came to Singapore 2011, SP, local hardware company, marketing manager, salary 4K+. Wife co-applicant: Chinese bachelor's, came to Singapore 2010, changed jobs once, started on EP then switched to SP after changing company, later downgraded to WP due to quota issues... MNC, admin, salary 3.5K. First application. Waiting for PR to buy a house.

Been in Singapore 8 years—O Level 1 year, Poly graduate, worked 4 years, salary 3.5K. Hoping for good luck!

Poly graduate, worked 7 months, S-Pass, 2.6K. Saw the approval while traveling in Taiwan—so happy!

Single female. Graduated from Singapore private university, then went to UK for master's. Returned to Singapore to work, held SP for 1 year then upgraded to EP. At time of application, 3 months on EP, salary 3600. Hoping for good luck... want to resign at light speed after getting PR! Haha.

Came to Singapore in 2012, 2 years on WP, then changed jobs to SP. Salary 2900+ at time of application, SP for over a year. During pending period: got two raises, got married, submitted parents' information, then approved.

Applied alone, been in Singapore 2 years, finance industry, monthly salary 10k. Submitted parents' info once as supplement. Took 1 year total.

O Level + SP + local university, been in Singapore 8 years, EP holder, applied after 6 months of work, submitted parents' CV in mid-April. Still pending. Hoping for good luck and quick approval~

Applied for DPR, been in Singapore 6 years, private master's, worked 4+ years in tech support, monthly salary 2900. Husband is SC, finance manager at a small company, gross 5700 SGD. Registered marriage January 2016, applied for PR February 2016.

S Pass, SPM certificate, salary 2K+, already 7 months and still waiting. Hope it gets approved.

Been in Singapore 5 years, single female, only child. Submitted Jan 2016 after 6 months of work. Local Poly graduate, local private degree. Salary 2.5k at application, SP. Got raise to 2.9k in late 2016 and submitted updated payslip. Received request for parents' documents in Dec. Got raise to 3.5K in early 2017, switched to EP, submitted updated payslip and EP. Asked ICA about status in Mar, told it's being processed... Pending for over a year, going crazy waiting T_T...

27, Malaysian, 2.3K++ EP, worked in Singapore 3.5 years, bachelor's degree.

Poly graduate, took about 4 months. Been in Singapore about 10 years.

985 bachelor's from China, NTU PhD, just submitted thesis. MNC, 4.5K/month, EP holder, applied after 5 months of work. Rejected in 3.5 months—pretty much instantly rejected I guess. Seems I need to wait until I get my degree first.

Female PR, working at government hospital. Male on DP, engineer, salary about 3000. Applied with female as sponsor, approved in 4 months 1 day.

Malaysian Chinese male, 32, Senior Finance Executive, EP, basic $3100, private university Degree in Accounting & Finance (part-time), took 8 months.

S Pass, Malaysian.

Female, single, Poly graduated May 2015, 6 months payslips, basic 2200. Hope it comes through soon.
