So happy it was approved on the first try! Double-checked several times fearing a system error, but it consistently showed 'Approved.' Now waiting for the letter for next steps.

Been in Singapore 8+ years, worked 4+ years, SIM undergraduate degree, worked at a listed company, average monthly salary 4K+. 3rd application submitted 2 Sep 2016, rejected around Jan 2017. Appealed, status changed to pending on 1 Feb, rejected again on 3 Apr. Including appeal, applied 4 times total. Now decided to pack up and return to China.
